Focussing on service and quality of produce, we celebrate the best that Yorkshire has to offer. We allow the availability of local, seasonal produce to determine our continually evolving menu.
Expect rare-breed steaks, sharing cuts, specials such as pure-bred Wagyu beef, and locally reared pork and lamb.
Our meat supplier uses traditional rather than commercial farming practices, which give less yield but ensure the best possible taste, texture & marbling.
The best cuts are selected for further aging in our in-house dry-aging lockers, being offered to our guests only when they are perfectly ready.
